Dr Ifeanyi Jude Ofuani was a surgical resident at UBTH when he led the association through 2021.
In office
- In April 2021 he led UBTH’s residents in NARD’s indefinite national strike and rejected another memorandum of understanding, saying agreements signed since 2014 had not been honoured and members wanted action.
- He represented ARD UBTH at NARD National Executive Council meetings in Owerri (January 2021) and Umuahia (July 2021).
- He signed, as President, the reviewed constitution adopted at the AGM of 8 December 2021, which is the association’s current constitution.
