The Annual General Meeting each December, the sports week before it, and the association’s academic and social events through the year.
Coming up
The Annual General Meeting
The AGM is the high point of the association’s year. It holds in December and runs in three sessions: an opening session, a scientific session, and a business session where the President, Secretary General, Financial Secretary and auditors present their reports.
The President then dissolves the Executive Council, candidates present their manifestos, and members vote the next day. The sports week comes before it.
